Yes we will need an auth code from your current hosting provider to make the switch to your new site. When your new site is live we will initiate the domain switch.

Think of us as your personal web developer - we stay on top of latest trends and best practices which are constantly evolving, and we update your content whenever you need it. If you have the subscription plan updates are free, otherwise you can pay $50/hour (minimum 1 hour), or add the unlimited edits add-on for $50/month.
We will work with you to get to a place where you're happy with the design, but if, after many revisions you still aren't feeling it and don't want to move forward with development, we understand and will refund the money you paid to get started and cancel any contracts.

No, you cannot take the website with you. Regardless of what plan you are on, the site must be hosted with us so if you decide to move on from us the site will be taken down. We will help you facilitate the domain name transfer to your new hosting provider should you chose to keep the domain name.
We allow a 7 day grace period for each invoice, after which there will be a $25 late fee applied. If you are on the subscription (Starboard Plan) and you are 3 months overdue on invoices we will cancel the contract and the client will then be responsible for paying the full price of the site, which is $2500 minus any previous monthly payments. We value your business and will work with you to make sure this scenario is as avoidable as possible, so whatever you do don't go radio silent - we can be flexible we just need to keep the dialog open.
